Shipping Policy

OVERVIEW

The currently supported regions or countries will be detailed with the FAQ page as these might change in the future. Currently, we support Dubai, UAE, and the Middle East.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our carriers and any charges will be added to your bill during check out or separately, as required by LeakDtech. If shipping charges are not applicable in the case of a collection, then no charges will be applied, however, in some cases, shipping may be quoted by a 3rd party and be later communicated to the buyer, where they will be liable to any/all charges.

Regional prices based on differing currencies or tax shall always be decided by LeakDtech and the buyer agrees that the stated final price is the final price. Any alterations to said pricing are at the behest of LeakDtech and not the buyer. The buyer agrees that any changes to pricing shall be borne by them.

Any government or clearance charges, import duty, tax or any further charges whatsoever shall also be borne by the buyer.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, and not when an order is been placed. The buyer accepts full responsibility to pay any charges required to return any purchased items as returns where the buyer is responsible for any and all charges.
